If you already have a Live Nation account with its Asia, Europe, the Middle East, or Africa websites, you can also access the Live Nation Korea website.

 

However, if you have an account with the Live Nation North America website, you will need to create a new account as this website is not linked to other regional websites. You can use the same email address.

This means this email has already been used to create an account.

 

Have you forgotten your password?

Go to the Find password page, and type in your email address to reset your password.

Check if you have activated your account by clicking on the activation link on your activation email, sent after your account registration.

 

If you want to activate your account, you need to send an activation email.

Go to the Resend activation email page, type in your email address and resend your activation email.

Your account might be deactivated, or it might be locked due to password errors.

Your new password will be sent to your registered email address.

You may be receiving emails from Live Nation because you have purchased concert tickets in the past. There may still be restrictions in logging in.

 

Only those who have finished the account registration process by clicking on the activation email, can log in to the Live Nation website.

My Account

Go to My Account > Subscriptions to see your current newsletter subscriptions.

 

Uncheck the newsletter you would like to unsubscribe from and cancel your subscription.

 

Before leaving the page, remember to ‘save preferences’ to save your changes.

Go to My Account > Profile to update your personal information.

 

You can update your email, name, gender, birthday, country, postcode, and password here.

Live Nation’s website is maintained and managed by our headquarters based overseas.

Currently, it is not possible to close an account via the website. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 

We are in the process of establishing a system so members can delete their accounts on the website. At this moment, we are collecting e-mail addresses through this survey and processing your membership withdrawal manually.

 

Once you submit your survey, we share this with our headquarters on a monthly basis to proceed with your membership withdrawal process. Please note that this process may take up to 1 month.

Pre-sale

A Live Nation presale is when tickets are made available to Live Nation members, before they go on general sale to the public.

 

The number of tickets allocated for presale and general sale vary by each concert and artist. Therefore, please note that we cannot share the exact number or ratio between the two sales.  

An Artist Presale is a presale done by the artist, so it does not involve Live Nation.

 

A Live Nation Presale is a presale dedicated to Live Nation members.

 

The availability and process of a presale may vary by each concert and artist.

 

Live Nation does not alert members on an Artist Presale.

Please refer to the artist’s official website and social media channels for relevant information.

  1. 1)     Create an account with Live Nation Korea and subscribe to our newsletter.
  2. 2)     Check your activation email and remember to click on your activation link.
  3. 3)     Log-in to your account, go to Concerts and Events > Presale and click on the concert you’re interested in.
  4. 4)     You will see an Alert Settings button before the presale, which will change into a Purchase Ticket button 5-10 minutes before the presale starts. Once you click this button, it will lead you to the ticketing agency website.

 

*You can book your tickets faster if you are logged on to your account in the ticketing agency website

*The presale link will not be searchable in the ticketing agency website. It will only be available via the Live Nation Korea website.

*Members may see the ‘Purchase Ticket’ button at different times, depending on their internet connection.

Your Live Nation account can only be used to log in to Live Nation websites.

In order to book your ticket, please create an account with the ticketing agency website as well.

Presale processes vary by concert and artist.  

 

For information on Artist Presales, please refer to the artist’s official website and social media channels.

 

Most Live Nation Presales do not require separate codes or passwords.

  • Members will receive an alert in advance through Live Nation Korea’s social media channels or newsletter.
  • The presale code will be sent to members who have signed up before a certain period of time, via Live Nation Korea’s newsletter.
  • If you do not receive the presale code, please check your spam folder or subscription status.
  • The code will not be sent to members who have signed up after the deadline, or after the code has been sent out.

We cannot guarantee that all Live Nation members will be able to purchase tickets.

Even if a concert is sold-out, canceled tickets can always become available.

Do not buy your ticket on social media or unofficial ticketing websites.

Please note that if you booked tickets through unofficial channels, this is considered illegal, even if they are for the same price. If such a transaction is discovered, the organizer/operator and ticketing partner may invalidate the ticket without prior notice.

Cancellation fees may vary depending on the reason.

 

Please contact Live Nation, and we will try our best to assist you as quickly as possible. Any personal reasons for cancellation besides Covid-19, hospitalization, etc., may require cancellation fee for refund.

Do not resell your ticket online. Your ticket may be invalidated without prior notice. The concert organizers and ticketing agency are not liable for such cases.

If there are no seats available, this means that the concert is sold out.

Tickets can be sold out very quickly.

Tours / Concerts

You can check the latest tour updates on the Live Nation website and social media channels, and subscribe to our newsletter to receive news updates.

Announcements are typically made at least one week before the concert and are subject to changes depending on the on-site situation.

To ensure the safety of audiences, the venue strictly limits the items that can be brought inside. Specific restrictions may vary depending on the artists' requests, and information about storage facilities for items can be found in the announcements.

The types of cameras allowed depend on the artists' requests.

Generally, professional recording and photography equipment (such as digital cameras, camcorders, GoPros, iPads, etc.) except for mobile phones are not allowed inside.

 

Unauthorized recording or photography may result in a warning and removal from the venue, and please note that ticket cancellation and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Tours are planned considering various factors such as domestic venue schedules, capacity, artists' schedules, and economic feasibility.

Although we are doing our best, including every city in the tour schedule may not be possible.

VIP

The availability of VIP packages depends on the artists' requests, and the concert you’re interested in may not offer VIP packages.

 

The availability of VIP packages will be announced in advance or added later, depending on the finalized schedule in consultation with the artists.

The benefits of VIP packages vary depending on the concert and the artist.

 

VIP packages may or may not include concert tickets, and in some cases, you may need to book the concert ticket separately.

 

If a separate ticket is required and you have not booked the concert ticket, VIP package will be restricted for purchase.

VIP packages can be bought through our official ticketing agency for the respective concert.

 

To check if a VIP package is available for a specific concert, refer to the VIP package page.

COVID-19

Live Nation prioritizes the safety of the audience, artists, and staff.

 

Covid-19 related health and safety guidelines are followed based on government regulations, and the concert safety guidelines are continuously updated to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for the fans.

 

Please note that preventive measures may vary according to the artists' and venue's requests and comply with government regulations.

Rescheduling and Cancellation of Shows

If there is no separate announcement, the concert will be held as scheduled.

 

Any changes to the concert will be communicated through the following channels:

 

  • Live Nation Korea’s social media channel
  • Live Nation Korea’s newsletter
  • Detailed page on the ticketing agency website
  • SMS service for ticketholders

A rescheduled concert means that the original concert schedule has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons.

 

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund based on the cancellation policy for that specific event. (In some cases, refunds may be available without cancellation fees. Please inquire with the official ticketing partner for more information.)

If you booked or received your tickets through unofficial tickets, they are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

It means that efforts are being made to set a new tour schedule.

 

As soon as the new schedule is confirmed, we will inform the ticketholders promptly.

 

Ticketholders who wish to attend the concert should keep their tickets until the new concert schedule is confirmed. If they are unable to attend the new schedule or do not wish to attend, they can receive a full refund from the ticketing agency.

This means that the concert will no longer take place, and there is no possibility of any further changes to the schedule.

In such a case, we will proceed with the refund process for all ticketholders gradually. Please be patient, and if you have not received any communication after a certain period, please contact the official ticketing agency.

Venue access passes are provided only to officially participating staff for each concert.
